Over the years, Dr. Bindal has made remarkable contributions to robotic and bariatric surgery in India and internationally. His training at prestigious institutions like Duke University Medical Center, USA and the University of Illinois, Chicago, has given him global exposure and surgical proficiency, allowing him to perform complex procedures with precision and safety. He has held significant roles at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi, where he worked for nearly a decade in the Institute of Minimal Access, Metabolic & Bariatric Surgery, first as Consultant and later as Vice-Chairman. During this time, he mentored young surgeons and contributed to establishing high standards in minimal access and bariatric surgery.

Apart from clinical work, Dr. Bindal is deeply involved in academic medicine.
