Dr. (Prof.) Himanshu Kataria is a senior Arthroscopy, Sports Injury and Joint Reconstruction Specialist with over twenty four years of experience in Orthopaedics. He is widely regarded for his specialised work in minimally invasive arthroscopic surgeries of the knee, shoulder and wrist along with advanced ligament reconstruction, cartilage restoration and meniscal preservation procedures. His treatment philosophy strongly revolves around “Joint Preservation,” focusing on restoring natural biomechanics, preventing degenerative progression and enabling early safe return to play and function for sports professionals, industrial workforce and regular individuals.
