About Dr Neena Khanna

Dr. Neena Khanna is a renowned Dermatologist with over 47 years of experience.
Her expertise includes aesthetic dermatology, pediatric dermatology, acne, psoriasis, vitiligo, pigmentary disorders, autoimmune blistering diseases, PCOS, leprosy, and sexually transmitted infections (STIs).
She completed her MBBS at Christian Medical College and Hospital in 1978 and her MD in Dermatology and Venereology from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, in 1984.
She also achieved fellowships in Leprosy and Photobiology from the Indian Association of Dermatologists, Venereologists, and Leprologists (IADVL) in 1987 and 1991, respectively.
During her tenure at AIIMS, Dr. Khanna was actively involved in clinical practice, research, teaching, and administrative roles.
She has received numerous awards and orations, including the prestigious IADVL Lifetime Achievement Award from the Indian Association of Dermatologists, Venereologists & Leprologists, one of the world's most significant dermatology associations.
She is the author of the widely used undergraduate textbook, "Illustrated Synopsis of Dermatology & STDs," which is a standard reference in the MBBS curriculum.
Dr. Khanna has published 170 research papers in indexed journals, authored 11 books, and delivered 200 lectures at national and international conferences.
