About Dr. Parthasarathy Srinivasan

Dr. Parthasarathy Srinivasan is a highly respected spine surgeon with extensive expertise in orthopaedics and spine surgery. With over two decades of experience, he has become one of the leading specialists in managing complex spinal disorders, deformities, and trauma. He completed his MBBS at Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore, followed by D Ortho at Kasturba Medical College, Manipal. He later pursued DNB in Orthopaedics from the National Board of Examinations and went on to become the first Fellowship-trained spine surgeon (FNB Spine Surgery) in Chennai. Dr. Srinivasan has performed more than 1000 successful spine surgeries, ranging from deformity correction to minimally invasive and keyhole procedures for disc prolapse. His expertise also includes scoliosis correction, spinal infections, tuberculosis of the spine, and rehabilitation following spinal cord injury.

Alongside his clinical work, he is a National Faculty with AO Spine and the Association of Spine Surgeons of India (ASSI), actively contributing to training programs and knowledge sharing for the next generation of spine surgeons. His academic contributions include review articles in the Indian Spine Journal, chapters in ASSI monograms, and peer-reviewed publications in international journals.
