About Dr. G Balamurali

Dr. G Balamurali is an internationally trained spinal neurosurgeon and Head of Spine Surgery with extensive experience in minimally invasive and complex spine procedures. He completed multiple advanced fellowships in the UK, USA and Switzerland and has been a senior spine surgeon in India since 2011. He directs academic and rehabilitation initiatives, including an international spine academy and a dedicated spinal cord & brain rehabilitation centre.

He is a frequent invited faculty for live surgical courses and international conferences and is an author of multiple book chapters and peer-reviewed publications. His clinical practice focuses on minimally invasive spine surgery, complex deformity correction, spinal tumor surgery, pediatric spine care and spinal cord injury rehabilitation.
