Dr. Julka holds an MS in Oto-Rhino-Laryngology from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore, and has earned the prestigious MRCS-ENT from the Royal College of Surgeons, England. His clinical proficiency spans across advanced endoscopic sinus surgeries, skull base procedures, reconstructive ENT surgeries, and head and neck oncosurgery.
