About Dr. Babita Jain

Dr. Babita Jain is a distinguished Paediatrician and Neonatologist with more than 30 years of professional experience in child healthcare, preventive medicine, and neonatal intensive care. Currently serving as the Principal Director and Head of Paediatrics at Max Healthcare, she has been a cornerstone in shaping the pediatric services at the hospital since its foundation. A proud alumna of Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC), Pune, and Delhi University, she combines her strong academic foundation with decades of clinical and administrative experience.

Before joining Max Healthcare, Dr. Jain served as a medical officer in the Indian Air Force for 14 years, where she earned accolades for excellence in medical leadership and patient care. Her clinical expertise spans neonatal medicine, pediatric respiratory disorders, adolescent health, and growth and developmental pediatrics. She has also been actively involved in medical education, research, and community health programs. Honored with the Best Pediatrician in Haryana Award (2017) and the CEO’s Award from Max Healthcare (2018), Dr. Babita Jain continues to exemplify compassionate care and clinical excellence in every aspect of her work.
