About Dr. Ashish Lall

Dr. Ashish Lall is a highly accomplished ophthalmologist with advanced training in vitreoretinal diseases and surgery. He completed his MBBS at Maulana Azad Medical College (MAMC), University of Delhi, followed by an MS in Ophthalmology from Guru Nanak Eye Centre, LNJP Hospital and GB Pant Hospital, Delhi.

He holds a Diplomate of National Board (DNB) and is also an MNAMS from the National Board. Dr. Lall further pursued international training, including a fellowship with the International Council of Ophthalmology (ICO), UK, and an FRCS (Glasgow) from the Royal College of Surgeons and Physicians. He later specialized in Vitreoretina at the LV Prasad Eye Institute, Hyderabad, under the mentorship of Dr. Taraprasad Das, and earned a National Board Fellowship in Vitreoretina in 2005.

With a career spanning more than 12,000 successful surgeries, Dr. Lall has vast expertise in retinal surgeries, diabetic retinopathy, ARMD management, ocular trauma, endophthalmitis, and advanced cataract procedures such as no-stitch, no-injection techniques and premium intraocular lens implants. He is particularly skilled in handling complex cases ranging from corneoscleral injuries to retinal detachments and intraocular foreign bodies.

Dr. Lall is also an active member of the American Society of Retina Specialists and has been recognized as a faculty member by prestigious bodies including the Delhi Ophthalmological Society, All India Ophthalmological Society, Haryana Ophthalmological Society, and Gurgaon Ophthalmological Society.
